Job Description
- Candidate carries
direct overall decision-making responsibility for the all kind of drilling
business
- Candidate will
control the production, achieve targets, Projection and planning, store, tools
& accessories and maintenance of exploration equipment’s.
- Candidate will
achieve the targets of the company that is the top line & bottom line.
- Candidate will
prepare coming year projection which includes, consumables, requirements of
material, manpower, tools & accessories etc.… same every quarterly will be
analysed with projected and achieved.
- Candidate will
lead the department within the organization and manage Staff towards the
desired objectives, standards and outcomes. Organize weekly meeting with the
team and send MoM to the management.
- Prepare site
wise, rig wise monthly consumption, drillers & machine’s performance,
reports in detail to enable to get proper costing;
- Candidate will
ensure the optimal utilization of the company’s resources.
- To have overall
control over your department, you will spend at least 15 days per month on site
with the team. Dates and schedule, you will decide yourself and plan without
wait for top management instructions;
- Candidate will
clearly discuss the technical matters to support the Company's exploration
program and results with field staffs.
- Candidate will
promote teamwork effectively with clients and within horizontal & vertical
structure of the organization.
- Candidate will
manage systems for measuring drilling operational performance against targets
and provide high level technical drilling operation skill to determine
solutions to technical and other operational difficulties and to keep the
drilling programme on track.
- Candidate will implement appropriate
methodologies and procedures for operations to achieve the targets.
- This position is reports to General Manager
