Job Descriptions:
The incumbent will be responsible to
plan, monitor and control all the production activities related to Copper
processing plants and achieve the business plan targets of volume, cost and quality
through optimum use of resources and sustaining safe working environment. He
should have strong orientation towards process standardization, cost
optimization, continual improvements and develop overall process capability to
achieve operational excellence. At the same time he shall have the experience
of handling large mining projects as well as establishing the copper cobalt
plants with exposure of USD 100mn such projects.
Key
Deliverables:

Develop and comply with overall business
plan for copper, cobalt operations and lead the metal & mining segment of

Ensure proper review of key
performance parameters and execute corrective actions in case of
non-conformities in order to meet the business targets
·
Analysis of cost of production and
inventory expenses and should make a plan for optimization of expenses
·
Ensure the recovery in best possible
manner
·
Effective communication with various
departments to meet business plan objectives
·
Ensure safety compliance and
precautions to ensure adherence to safety policy and systems of the group
·
Ensure P&L to meet as per budget
·
Drive the overall business objective
both short term and long term
·
Foster the culture, capability and
correctness
·
Sustainability Assurance Protocol
