Description
- Prepare and submit L1 to L4 level schedule for the complete project
- Establishing milestones for the total project and/or major portions of the project
- Co-ordination with site team & other department for timely execution of project
- Identify the critical path of area
- Co-ordination with procurement & logistics dept. and update the procurement status
- Integration of engineering, procurement and construction schedules into the overall project schedule, and manage the schedule interface with internal department and Ensure delivery of material on time for the site fabrication /Site schedule.
- Understanding project work scope, needs and deliverables, milestones, durations monitoring the courses of action concerned with the given projects and verifying whether the progressions are carried out as per schedule
- Monitor and update the project schedule with actual on weekly basis
- Planning, Issue WBS, S-Curves and progress measurement and reporting
- Review the current status of project and prepare project schedule.
- Weekly/Monthly reports generation including s-curves for Management review
- Candidate must have working proficiency on MS project (MSP) and AutoCAD
- Candidate must be able to Read and interpret fabrication, installation drawings
