Job Description

• Project Execution (Engineering & Procurement Co-ordination, Site Work for Instrumentation & Control) of large scale Mineral Processing Plant.
• Extensive experience in Plant Automation through DCS/SCADA/PLC/RIO/IMCC etc. Knowledge of Programming and trouble shooting in Siemens PCS7, Allen Bradley PLC, Yokogawa, Schneider electric Modicon PLC. Hands on experience of PLC programming and logic making.
• Ability to make/understand system Architecture of large-scale plant.
• Field Instrument (Flow meter, Control Valves, Level transmitter) selection and calibration.
• Industrial Networking.
• Experience in of green field and brown field projects
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance
• Review & Approval of vendors’ drawings & documents.
• Execution of Instrumentation & Control work as per drawing & Project Schedule.
• Monitor Quality & related documentation.
• Verification & Certification of contractor invoices
• Cost Estimation & Budget Planning for Instrumentation & Control Work.
• Prepare & Submit report on daily/weekly basis.

Job Description

• Candidate must have experience from Chemical processing Project, Oil and Gas Project, Refinery projects, Mining and Mineral Processing Project or any other processing unit / plant
• Candidate must have experience in project & maintenance of Process plant with PLC – DCS based system
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Electrical IMCC working & SIEMENS PLC – SCADA System programing will be an added advantage 
• Inspection & Testing of received Instrumentation material like cables, cable tray, field instruments, Control panels, Junction boxes etc.
• Monitoring as per Quality Management System for Instrumentation Work at Site.
• Maintain Material/Work Testing at site as per requirement.
• Preparing & developing engineering drawing such as P&ID, Hook Up drawing, Instrument Index etc.
• Erection of Panels, Cable Trays, Cables, Field Instruments as per approved engineering drawing
• Inspection of Cables, Field Instrument, Instrument Hardware at regular interval.
• Check & Keep record of inspection/vendor’s test certificates.
• Inform material non-conformance to Project Manager/Project Head & Procurement team.
• Calibration of Field Instruments to ensure correct process measurement.
• Maintaining spares records & to highlight to seniors for procurement of required spares
• Field Instrument clearance & hand over after maintenance & calibration to process team.
• Inspection & Clearance/protocol for further work of following activities.

A.      SOP for Calibration of Field Instruments.

B.      Interlock testing of OEM Equipment & testing

C.      Any other activity/job to meet the job or drawings requirement
