*Hiring for Chief Operating Officer for a leading
Online Gaming business based at Central Africa*
Responsibilities:
· *The establishment and management of the lottery and gaming operations*
· *To manage the business in its day to day operations with particular focus on business development and engagements with regulatory authorities, industry stakeholders and business partners in achieving and advancing the strategic business imperatives*
· *Ensuring full compliance with the Gambling Commission legislation*
· Represent in building up and maintaining relationships with Government regulatory bodies and agencies, Business Partners, Industry Stakeholders, Marketing Firms, Media Outlets, and others.
· Responsible for ensuring full compliance with all laws and regulations, in particular with the Gambling Commission legislation under the Gambling Act.
· Develop and manage the canvassing team ensuring the relationship management of perspective lottery players receive a high standard of service to provide an outstanding level of customer care to ensure that relationships with lottery players are maintained and developed.
· Oversee the management of the lottery collectors ensuring that cash players are kept informed of when payment is due and are entered into the weekly draw.
· Oversee the draw and that all such games are conducted fairly and within the law.
· Oversee the management of the development of the weekly lottery to ensure membership is increased to the agreed target.
· Oversee that Lottery working procedures are kept up to date.
· Oversee the development of a marketing strategy for the lottery and the production of monthly progress reports on sales and expenditure for the Chairman/Shareholders.
· Oversee the optimization of the use of the lottery database and the management of maintaining accurate records of all lottery transactions.
· Oversee the Communications team to produce appropriate sales literature.
· Undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Shareholders.
· Build a strong management team to meet the above requirements.
