Experience: 25+ years

 

·        Ensure plans are developed, implemented and monitored in conjunction with relevant cross functional teams and aligned with the Global brand strategy

·         *Must have experience of over 5mW-scale single projects*

·         *Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries technology*

·         Accountable for delivering local Commercial P&L goals and other performance objectives & financial KPIs

·         Experienced on CAPEX and OPEX

·         Direct management of the Sales, Account Management, Business Development and Operational teams of the vertical

·         Interaction with stakeholders and other senior officials on regularly

Job Responsibilities

• Odoo ERP Implementation is mandatory.
• Must have experience in multiple ERP implementation as an individual contributor
• Understanding of different departments and processes such as Customer Relationship Management, Production, Manufacturing, Human Resources Management, Supply Management, Finance, Inventory, Purchase, etc. is important
• Should have sound technical as well as functional skill including familiarity with the latest business intelligence tools.
• Extensive knowledge of business processes down till department level processes
