Assistant Manager – NGO Operations (Non - Profit) - French

 

 

*Hiring for Assistant Manager – NGO Operations for a diversified group based in Central Africa*

Experience: 10+ years

Graduate: Any Degree

*Language Known : French / Swahili Must*

·         *Manage all NGO Operations across group and lead a team to achieve the organizational NGO goals and objectives*

·         *Monitor and control all supervisors on their duty delivery*

·         Hands on physical visitation of all locations of *NGO projects* especially entrepreneurship and education

·         Constant feedback collection from supervisors of each project-weekly

·         Timeous payments of administrative expenses and donations

·         Timeous purchasing of *agriculture fertilizers and seeds*

·         Making month end and weekly reports on all projects being done by group in the region and sending to management

·         Making presentations to the different group managers and update them on the Foundations’ progress

·         Having meetings with chiefs and the surrounding communities and hear how they are doing and if there are any requirements

·         Ensure that the Foundation policies and guidelines are followed

·         Liaise with each supervisor to identify and define projects requirement, scope and objectives

·         Support ongoing learning and development of team members

·         Maintain projects reports

·         Suggest and organize training programs for team members

·         Track monthly, quarterly and annual goals/objectives. Ensure they are met

·         Monitor projects progress

·         Coordinate day to day operations

·         Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement

Asst. Manager - HR & Admin (Central Africa) - For A Diversified Group

 

Hiring for *Asst. Manager – HR & Admin* for a leading diversified group based in *Central Africa*

Experience: 08+ years

Education: MBA – HR / MHRM / MSW (Full Time)

·         Candidate must have experience in a drilling company / Solar Panel Mfg. / Mining companies or Similar

·         Must have experience in HR and Admin both functions at plant level / site level

·         Candidate MUST spend 60%-75% of his time at sites and on-ground meeting team members (in current role and/or within the past two job roles); the candidate should NOT be working based from a corporate office or structure

·         Candidate MUST have experience optimising shift schedules for project-based roles (i.e. most of our team members are on project-based work which we internally rotate to other projects; the candidate needs to have experience with how to best manage leaves, monitor and optimise productivity, and transition team members as per the site and project requirements)

·         Candidate should have experience preparing (himself or with a team) incentive schemes and implementing

·         Candidate MUST have experience with managing PMS and Training & Development

·         Candidate MUST be able to manage Admin-related functions (such as ticket booking, housing management, canteen management, etc. HIMSELF and not through subcontractors for these functions)

·         Preference for a candidate who has worked abroad

·         Candidate MUST have experience with managing expats, and payroll + subcontracted team members
