• *Ensure Sales and Business development in the Central Africa and surrounding provinces to ensure full utilization of equipment as well as to expand the company’s base of activities and market areas. (Solar / Drilling / Water Exploration Business)*
• *Contributing to the development of marketing strategies*
• *Prepare, review and apply of tenders*
• Conducting market research on services and Product Company in.
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• Create a leads in drilling, Mining, Industries and domestic market.
• Develop and maintain contacts
• Working with and as sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
• Maintaining client relations.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales.
• Look for new opportunities in the market to develop and diversifying the company business.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
• Market penetration through sales, marketing, contact development.
• Transparency on daily sales/operations activities.
• Development and expansion of the solar product line.
• Development of new product lines (water reticulation, Water softener plant, Solar water geyser, tanks stands, pumps)
• Developing government business (through tenders, proposals, etc.)
• Prepare and present his plan of action to penetrate market in private and govt. sector.
• Develop full water solution business vertical (e.g. water infrastructure planning, pumps, water filtration, etc.)
• Develop market for solar division also
• Secure at least 2-3 large government business tenders (with Ministries and/or Provincial governments)
• Build relations for long-term contracts with NGOs/aid organisations.
• *French language is must*

Financial Controller - From Solar Industry Only - Central Africa

 

Hiring for *Financial Controller* for a diversified group based in *Central Africa*

Experience : 10+ years

Education : CA / CMA / MBA from Top B Schools

·         Candidate must have *strong background in solar energy project development, finance*, and execution.

·         Should have *prepared models for and executed Solar EPC* contracts, service agreements, and PPAs, ranging from small scale, minigrid, to large scale commercial and industrial projects.

·         Should have experience with *fundraising and preparing financial model*

·         Have experience preparing, maintaining, tracking budgets and overall FC responsibilities.
