Qualification : Any Graduate

Job Description

  • Maintaining Chairman’s Personal & official stuffs
  • Prepare basic documents, Minutes of Meetings for consideration of top management.
  • Administration of Board meetings of Group companies.
  • Calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences. 
  • Book international and domestic airlines tickets
  • Make travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, compile and maintain travel vouchers and records.  
  • Arranging Visa for and taking follow up.
  • Maintaining local employees as well Indian employees Personal & official files.
  • Organizing conference Rooms for Business Meetings.

Note : Ready to fly in 30 Days (Maximum)

Min years of Experience : 2+ Years
