Description
- Maintaining Chairman’s Personal & official stuffs
- Prepare basic documents, Minutes of Meetings for consideration of top management.
- Administration of Board meetings of Group companies.
- Calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Book international and domestic airlines tickets
- Make travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, compile and maintain travel vouchers and records.
- Arranging Visa for and taking follow up.
- Maintaining local employees as well Indian employees Personal & official files.
- Organizing conference Rooms for Business Meetings.
Note : Ready to fly in 30 Days (Maximum)
