Hiring for Manager - Training & Development for a leading diversified group based in Central Africa


Experience : 07+ years


Education : MBA / Post Graduation in HR / L&D specialization or equivalent


Job Profile: 

Candidate must have experience from Mining, Manufacturing, Engineering, EPC, Energy, Construction, Logistics, or relevant heavy industry

Must have experience training themselves, not just developing programs. Must have experience delivering training programs and training trainers

Expansion of L&D functions across multiple business units and international locations

Build structured training frameworks aligned with business growth.

Must have Africa-specific workforce training experience required

To design, develop and deliver comprehensive learning and development solutions across group companies in Africa, enhancing workforce capability, leadership strength, and operational productivity. The role ensures multilingual training coverage and aligns L&D strategy with business goals.

Training Strategy & Planning (Develop and implement annual L&D plan for African operations and Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all departments

Training Design & Delivery (Develop multilingual training modules in French / Swahili / English / Hindi and Deliver induction, safety, compliance, technical and soft-skills training

Leadership & Management Development (Design and run leadership development programs and Coach frontline managers and supervisors)

LMS & Digital Learning (Implement LMS or e-learning solutions and Maintain digital content, dashboards, and tracking systems)

Capability Building for Local / African Workforce

Vendor/Partner Management, Training Measurement & ROI, Compliance & Onboarding, Stakeholder Management and Team Leadership

Need for a multilingual leader (French / Swahili / English) to support diverse workforce

Project Financial Controller - Oracle ERP (Airport Project)

 


Hiring for *Project Financial Controller* for a leading *infrastructure company* based in *Central Africa* 

Experience : 10+ years 

Education : CA / CMA 

• *Must have experience from Airport Projects / Infrastructure / EPC / construction / road / industrial project experience*
• *Strong ERP experience; oracle preferred* 
• *Strong WBS and cost-to-complete knowledge* 
• *Experience with PO, GRN, stock, WIP, fixed assets and supplier advances
• Experience with imported procurement, goods-in-transit and landed cost. 
• Strong cash-flow forecasting and bank reconciliation experience. 
• Ability to work with procurement, site, stores, consultants and contractors. 
• Strong Excel / Power BI capability.
