·         Preparation of Pipe Supports Design & Detail.

• Candidate will manage and lead a team of people in allocating workload and managing the day to day operations in the workshop for the various vehicle maintenance and ensuring productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of overall department. It requires the job holder to co-ordinate resources and liaises with internal & external key contacts to ensure work is delivered on time and to a quality standard as well as customer satisfaction.
• Allocation of manpower effectively over various assignment on daily basis
• Ensuring the overall productivity of the workshop
• Daily shift roster and manpower deployment
• Ensuring time schedule for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all the vehicles
• Attending the brake down of vehicles at site as and when required
• Meet the monthly targets of work
• Training new mechanics as and required
• Hiring and garage supervisors, mechanics, drivers and other required workforce on need basis
• Ensuring effective fuel consumption and efficiency of all the vehicles
• MIS & Reviews as well as audits & related compliance

Job Description

·         Candidate will be responsible buy ICT and IT products that are essential for company’s day-to-day operations.

·         Candidate will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.

·         Responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.)

·         Candidate should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure he / she will identify the most profitable offers.

·         Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.

·         Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

·         Hands-on experience with purchasing software and understanding of supply chain procedures

·         Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

·         Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

·         Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Position: Executive Assistant (EA) to Business Head

Qualification: BE / B. Tech – Mechanical / Civil / Electrical  

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years

Job Description

• Assists the Business Head in the management of the organization;
• Ensures the achievement of goals pursued by the organization;
• Ensures timely and competent presentation of reports
• Participates in official negotiations and meetings presenting the interests and objectives of the project;
• Monitors incoming and outgoing documents and the official correspondence;
• In coordination with the heads of units submits all matters and proposals to the Business Head for the latters approval;
• Ensures coordination of activities by the units;
• Together with the Project heads, discusses the cost-estimates;
• Together with the Procurement and Contract Management Officer, coordinates the procurement process and participates in the activities of evaluation committees;
• Participates in the management of the Project budget;
• Assists in the project financial management;
• Assists in the preparation of financial requests for subsequent tranches, if needed,
• Elaborates on functions and procedures proceeding from the project goals and objectives, and manages the strategic and current short and long term planning activities;
• Carries out other tasks as requested by the Business Head.
