Position : General Manager - Plant Operation

Experience : 10+ years

Qualification : BE / B. Tech – Mechanical / Production

Age Limit : 45 years (Maximum)

Industry Preference : Steel Company  

• Heading Plant responsible for complete operations of TMT Bars - Profit & Loss, revenue generation & profitability of the plant as per budget.
• Overseeing production / process operations with a view to ensure accomplishment of production targets within time & budgeted parameters
• Ensure efficient Operation of the Unit, Continuous improvement of manufacturing Processes
• Over all responsible for General Plant Administration & Surrounding Local matters.
• Over all responsible for all Techno commercial activities of the organization.
• Profit loss analysis, finance management, costing etc 
• Language Preference : French or Kiswahili / Swahili
