Investor & Bank Coordinator - Central Africa

 

 

Hiring for *Investor & Bank Coordinator* for a leading *mining group* based in *Central Africa*

Experience: 05+ years

Qualification : Any Graduate with Finance Background

*FRENCH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY IS ADVANTAGE*

 ·         *Develop successful relationship with all the Investor and banks* - *(Specially Mining or Metal Industry)*

·         *Improve the relationships of the different companies of the Group with the Investor & banks*

·         *Identifying restructuring opportunities within the pool of credit facilities that we have in the group*

·         *Identify where the companies are in breach and where they could become in breach for any reason*

·         *Support with all local banks with operations and new lines and chase the different companies for information when required*

·         *Meeting with banks to create and maintain the relationship*

·         Monitor all turnover, export licence, instalment payment, etc.

·         *Support with all daily issues companies may have with the banks*

·         Keep track of the different obligations of the companies with the banks under the various credit facilities.

·         *Keeping track of the status of each request we need to raise for*

·         *Support with all presentations required and chasing to get information ready from the teams on the ground*

·         Support with quarterly update on all data to be sent to investors as per contractual requirements.

·         Keeping track of all funders.

·         Keeping database of all signed contract and coordinating with Legal department with that regard
