Finance Manager - (Solar Division) - Central Africa

 

*Hiring for Assistant Manager – Finance and Accounts for a leading diversified group based in Central Africa*

 *Experience: 08+ years*

 *Education: CA / CMA / MBA – Finance*

 ·         *Must have experience from renewable energy / Solar Project*

·         *Must have experience in financial analysis, budgeting, cost estimation, and financial modelling, financial reporting / analysis, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning, Financial Controls and Compliance etc.*

·         *Proficiency in financial modelling software (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems; experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Zoho) is a plus*

·         Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex financial data and reports.

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
