Education: BE / B. Tech – Metallurgy or Chemical

· *Must have experience in Hydro Metallurgy*

*Experienced Plant Manager/ Process engineer to
oversee the overall operations of plant – Flotation, Leaching – SX- EW – Roasting*
and ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production.
·
Candidate will be responsible for leading a team
of production staff, maintenance personnel, and quality control specialists.
·
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plant
strategies to achieve business objectives, improve efficiency, and reduce
costs.
·
Operations Management: Oversee daily plant
operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and inventory
management considering copper cathode production target in consultation of
process management
·
Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production
staff, maintenance personnel, and quality control specialists, providing
guidance, training, and development opportunities.
·
Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working
environment, complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and company
policies.
·
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality
control processes to ensure products meet customer requirements and industry
standards.
·
Cost Management: Control and optimize plant
costs, including labor, materials, and overheads.
·
Maintenance and Reliability: Develop and
implement maintenance strategies to ensure plant reliability, efficiency, and
minimal downtime.
·
Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports
and analytics on plant performance, including production metrics, quality
control, and safety.
