Hiring for General Manager- Water Utility Projects & Purification for a drilling service provider based in Central Africa

 

Experience: 10+ years

 

Education: Bachelor's/master’s degree in civil / Environmental engineering, Renewable Energy, and having Business Administration (MBA preferred)

 

·         We are seeking a candidate who is fluent in French, with the ability to speak, read, and write in the language

·         Must have experience in water utilities project / smart water management systems or infrastructure project management etc.

·         Expertise in water utility management and renewable energy projects.

·         Leadership, financial acumen, and technical knowledge in IoT, AI, and water management.

·         Experience with managing end-to-end operations

·         Build out the team, increase installations, and identify supplies and place orders for future stock of the water filtration division. These projects will be for public, construction companies for commercial and residential use, and for industrial/mining companies. The most pressing issues include implementing leak detection systems, establishing solar-powered water solutions, and initiating smart water management systems.

·         Mine water filtration project concept to provide clean water to villages

·         Prepare concepts for government project pitches

·         Prepare a strategic plan for water filtration projects, leak detection, and solar pumping stations

·         Prepare an organogram with phase-wise recruitment requirements and begin rolling out Talent Profiles
