Hiring for Senior Manager – Electrical Maintenance for a leading mining and mineral processing company based in Central Africa

 Experience : 12+ years

 Education : BE / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering

 ·         Candidate must have experience from Process Plant - Metal, Mining, Fertilizer, Cement etc.

·         Leading Maintenance of 120 KV Switchyard, HT Panel, LT Panel, IMCC, VFD, APFC Panel, HT motors, Rectifier, DG Power Plant.

·         Experience in Leading the Electrical Department consist of Expats and National team members

·         Experience in Maintenance of Crushers, Grizzly feeders, Ball Mills, Belt conveyors

·         Hand on experience in Trouble shooting of all electrical equipment 120/11 KV Switchyard and its associated equipment, Transformer, PCC, IMCC, VFD, DG Power plant, HT & LT Motors, Rectifier transformer, Rectifier control Panel, EOT Crane.

·         Hands on experience software for IMCC, VFD, Relay, SCADA, and Rectifier PLC.

·         Annual Budget preparation and monitoring all the cost pertaining the electrical department and ensure that within limits.

·         Leading and implementing Improvement in plant productivity, Energy saving, Equipment reliability by implementation 5S activities and Quality circle

·         Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule, opportunity-based maintenance and shutdown maintenance and maintain all documentation

·         Analyse problems and recommend solutions to maximize availability of electrical & Instrument equipment

·         Preparation of management reports on bench marking to facilitate decision-making.

·         Developing the team (Expats & Nationals) by regularly conducting in-house technical, behavioural and safety training session
